  • ✓Confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma (MM) per IMWG consensus guidelines
  • ✓Newly diagnosed patients with extramedullary disease (EMD) including paraskeletal plasmacytoma, soft tissue plasmacytoma, ≥2cm confirmed by CT/MRI/PET-CT and/or biopsy
  • ✓Age 18-75 years old
  • ✓Expected survival >3 months
Key exclusion· 10
  • ✕HBV, HCV, or other acquired/congenital immunodeficiency diseases
  • ✕Grade 2 or higher peripheral neuropathy or neuralgia per NCI CTCAE v4.0
  • ✕Plasma cell leukemia
  • ✕Serious thrombotic events
