  • ✓Advanced solid tumors including Well differentiated/dedifferentiated liposarcoma not amenable to radical surgery or local treatment
  • ✓Expected survival ≥3 months
  • ✓At least one measurable lesion per RECIST v1.1 in dose expansion phase
  • ✓Prior chemotherapy toxicity recovered to ≤ grade 2 for peripheral neuropathy and ≤ grade 1 for other reversible toxicities

  • ✕Taking anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines at time of consent
  • ✕Unrecovered adverse effects from prior surgery
  • ✕History of other malignancies prior to study start
  • ✕Significant cardiac disease: history of MI, unstable angina, severe arrhythmia, symptomatic CHF, NYHA ≥II, QTcF ≥470 ms, or LVEF ≤50%
