- ✓Pathologically confirmed RCC with clear cell component
- ✓Willing and able to undergo biopsy of lesion planned for RT
- ✓Age ≥18 years
- ✓ECOG performance status 0-1
Key exclusion· 9
- ✕Immunocompromising conditions including HIV, primary immunodeficiency, allogeneic transplant
- ✕Immunosuppressive medication within 7 days before first dose (except topical/inhaled corticosteroids or systemic ≤10 mg prednisone daily)
- ✕Psychiatric or substance abuse disorders interfering with trial cooperation
- ✕Prior grade 3 or worse immune-related adverse events from checkpoint inhibitors
