  • Pathologically confirmed RCC with clear cell component
  • Willing and able to undergo biopsy of lesion planned for RT
  • Age ≥18 years
  • ECOG performance status 0-1
Key exclusion· 9
  • Immunocompromising conditions including HIV, primary immunodeficiency, allogeneic transplant
  • Immunosuppressive medication within 7 days before first dose (except topical/inhaled corticosteroids or systemic ≤10 mg prednisone daily)
  • Psychiatric or substance abuse disorders interfering with trial cooperation
  • Prior grade 3 or worse immune-related adverse events from checkpoint inhibitors
