- ✓Scheduled for open pancreaticoduodenectomy or distal pancreatectomy for any diagnosis
- ✓Age 18 years or older
- ✓Ability to understand nature and consequences of trial
- ✓Written informed consent
Key exclusion· 6
- ✕Prior history of adverse reaction to contrast dye, ICG, or dye components
- ✕Prior pancreatectomy
- ✕Hepatic insufficiency, hepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, or chronic pancreatitis
- ✕Postoperative complications on POD 3-5: persistent SBP <90 mmHg unresponsive to 1L crystalloid, unexpected ICU transfer, blood transfusion >2 units intraop or 1 unit postop, vasopressor treatment, or ACLS initiation
