  • Known hypersensitivity to dexamethasone or any component of Dexycu

  • Presence of corneal abnormalities or malnutrition
  • Baseline intraocular pressure (IOP) >21 mmHg in the test eye at screening, regardless of anti-glaucoma monotherapy
