- ✓Histologically or cytologically confirmed metastatic/advanced clear cell RCC with clear cell component
- ✓At least one prior line of systemic treatment in advanced/metastatic setting including a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor
- ✓Evidence of disease progression on or after last treatment regimen
- ✓At least one measurable site of disease per RECIST 1.1
Key exclusion· 21
- ✕Other malignancies within past 2 years (except specified in situ/treated carcinomas)
- ✕Major surgical procedures or serious trauma within 4 weeks prior to enrollment
- ✕Current hypertension with systolic BP ≥150 mmHg or diastolic BP ≥100 mmHg
- ✕History of bleeding tendencies, coagulopathy, or clinically significant bleeding within 4 weeks
